...who is the Steering Team?
Detroit Synergy is a ground up organization, which means that all ideas for projects and decisions that are made come from the volunteers in our organization. The Steering Team, who help foster ideas and oversee projects, are also volunteers. They do not get paid, and no one person is the president or the head of the group. They are part of a team, and everything is done on a consensus basis. The Steering Team meets on the fourth Thursday of every month to discuss organizational needs and business.
